Terms & Service
Clients choose ink selection, download one of our templates, and read our Design FAQ page for further guidance. Clients may fill out our order form and upload necessary files. A client service representative will contact the client with a quote with a 50% initial deposit before the first proof. After the client approves the proof and pays the remaining balance owed, production will begin. Allow two to four weeks for production. Click HERE for our full terms and conditions.
Complete Terms & Service
All print services work is based on a quote from your final artwork files. All artwork must be provided in a vector format with outlined fonts in one of our provided templates. If you prefer an alternate size it must be noted in your template. Any artwork alteration to your file or additional proofs will require an additional fee.
Two Paperdolls will provide one electronic PDF for final sign-off before production. Production will begin when we have full payment and a signed final proof.
Production will take approximately four to six weeks. A pick-up date will be determined within one week of sign off and will be emailed to the client. Rush fees will apply if an earlier deadline needs to be met. The client is responsible to pay for all FedEx/UPS package fees charged for their project.
